Requirements
• 3+ years of software engineering experience, ideally in product-focused environments. • Proven experience shipping reliable, high-quality applications using modern frameworks, APIs, and cloud-native infrastructure. • Fullstack experience, a generalist mindset and familiarity with infrastructure, distributed systems concepts, and observability practices. • Thrives in ambiguity and fast-paced growth while helping shape Cherry's engineering culture. • Ability to collaborate across timezones, maintaining regular early-morning collaboration windows with teammates in Europe during the early stages of team formation. • Nice-to-Haves • Early-stage startup experience as an early engineer or technical founder. • Familiarity with our stack: React, TypeScript, Node.js, Kotlin, Postgres, Fivetran, Airflow, dbt, Snowflake, Temporal. • Experience integrating with practice-facing, sales, or operations tooling (CRMs, workflow automation tools, dashboards, merchant platforms). • Benefits (for U.S.- based full-time employees)
Responsibilities
