Proven implementation and delivery expertise: Extensive experience in high-growth SaaS or technology organisations, delivering complex, enterprise-level programmes.
Strong people leadership: Significant experience managing multi-layer teams and developing managers.
Operational design and scaling: Demonstrated ability to build and scale operational functions.
Commercial acumen: Confident making decisions that impact revenue and growth.
Cross-market experience: Able to oversee and advise on work across multiple market segments and stakeholder types.
Programme oversight: Track record of overseeing complex, enterprise-level software or digital enablement initiatives.
