Responsibilities
• You have prior experience working on nascent teams with a knack for helping establish team culture, norms, and processes • You have experience working as part of an on call rotation, ensuring the customer experience is considered throughout the SDLC • You have experience (and success!) launching greenfield projects with a constant eye towards rapid iteration • Open to using AI to amplify their skills and strengthen their work - demonstrating curiosity, a willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact • What you can expect as a Vanta’n in Canada:
