Develop backend business logic for medical document processing workflows, including entity extraction and classification.
Implement and optimize graph database models and Cypher queries for efficient medical data representation.
Integrate backend services with AI/GenAI engines for document processing and automated reporting.
Maintain unit and integration test coverage using pytest and ensure coding standards are upheld.
Produce comprehensive technical documentation, including APIs, workflows, and knowledge transfer materials.
Support multi-tenant SaaS architecture by developing tenant-aware data models, queries, and APIs to maintain strict data isolation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate external data sources and third-party services.
Advanced proficiency in Python 3.9+ with experience in FastAPI, Pydantic, and async programming.
Strong knowledge of SQL databases, preferably PostgreSQL, and experience with RESTful API design, versioning, and error handling.
Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and test automation using pytest or similar frameworks.
Familiarity with Git, Docker, and Linux/UNIX development environments.
Minimum 4 years of hands-on Python backend development, with at least 2 years in FastAPI or similar async frameworks.
1+ years of experience in multi-tenant SaaS development and production-ready API deployment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred: experience with workflow orchestration tools such as Airflow, GenAI/LLM integration, graph databases (Memgraph or Neo4j), and occasional full-stack contributions using React.
