Requirements

Responsibilities
• Engage customers in a consultative capacity around NICE products within the contact center industry. • Manage customer expectations and satisfaction based on best practices and requirements. • Configure NICE products accordingly for clients' needs. • Coordinate inter-departmental activities at NiCE related to product deployment, implementation, or other projects involving multiple departments. • Track time and status within the company’s systems as part of project management duties. • Provide technical configuration support when required by staff level tasks. • Offer process, data, and object modeling in various application and database environments for client solutions. • Design, develop, enhance, manage changes to existing applications' databases at the NiCE company. • Lead technical architecture efforts including analysis, design, development, and enhancement as needed by projects or clients. • Maintain expertise with industry leading contact center technologies relevant for client engagements. • Serve in a project manager capacity managing end to end system life cycle developments of small to large-scale projects at NiCE company. • Develop costing proposals, perform risk analysis and manage change control as part of the project management process within NiCE's scope. • Provide business area assessment, user needs analysis, and systems design for major client projects with a focus on NICE products or services. • Conduct comprehensive cost/ben0 benefit analyses to prepare detailed business cases supporting new initiatives at the company level. • Present professional image through conduct, attitude, and attire in all customer interactions within NiCE's environment. • Assist with developing client information management standards for contact center operations or other relevant projects. • Evaluate technology trends to stay current on industry developments that may impact the company’s service offerings at NiCE. • Contribute to business area assessment, user needs analysis and systems design as part of project development within NiCE's scope. • Assist with comprehensive cost/benefit analyses for new projects or initiatives in alignment with client requirements and company goals.
