Requirements

1–3+ years of experience in retirement plan administration, recordkeeping, or related financial services support
Familiarity with qualified retirement plans and basic ERISA concepts preferred
Experience working with plan data, spreadsheets, and administrative systems
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Assist with the administration of qualified retirement plans (401(k), profit sharing, cash balance, etc.) under the direction of a Plan Administrator.
Prepare and review plan data for annual testing, valuations, and compliance tasks.
Process contribution uploads, distributions, loans, and related documentation.
Support preparation of annual compliance testing (ADP/ACP, coverage, top-heavy, etc.).
Assist with Form 5500 preparation and filings.
Help review census data for accuracy and completeness; follow up with clients as needed.
Maintain plan records and update internal systems and documentation.
Respond to routine client inquiries and coordinate with recordkeepers, advisors, and internal teams.
Assist with plan amendments, restatements, and required notices assigned.
Other duties as assigned.
