Responsibilities
Friday through Tuesday week (with Wednesday and Thursday off)
Manage Deel’s global IT infrastructure, focusing on high availability, scalability, and security of internal services.
Administer and optimize core cloud platforms and identity providers (e.g., Google Workspace, Okta), ensuring secure and seamless access management.
Implement and maintain Zero Trust architecture and advanced SAML/SSO integrations across all corporate applications.
Manage corporate network connectivity and security, including VPNs, SD-WAN, and firewall configurations for global offices.
Partner with the Security team to implement hardening standards, vulnerability patching, and compliance controls across the IT landscape.

Oversee the lifecycle of backend IT systems, from initial architectural design to ongoing maintenance and eventual decommissioning.
Document infrastructure designs, system configurations, and operational procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and business continuity.
