4+ or more years of experience, including experience in the areas of investment banking, and/or financial modeling.
Bachelor’s degree preferably in finance or accounting
Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills and presentation skills including advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Works to build effective relationships across the company.
Strong business acumen and understanding of key drivers of business performance.
Detail-oriented and ability to manage multiple work streams and adjust priorities as needed in a deadline-driven environment.
Strong knowledge of technology, software, and data & analytics sectors preferred, life insurance industry knowledge a plus.
Responsibilities
Perform data-driven financial modeling and scenario analysis to support product and client pricing decisions.
Develop and maintain pricing models to ensure competitive and profitable pricing strategies. Analyze pricing strategies and profitability across product lines, customer segments.
Work closely with corporate development, sales, marketing, and technology teams to assess total cost of ownership, which supports pricing for Zinnia’s products and solutions.
Develop and maintain revenue KPIs for Zinnia and each of its business segments.
Monitor industry trends and competitive pricing strategies.
Analyze client and product profitability to optimize pricing structures.
Assist in preparing reports and presentations for senior management.
Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes with pricing and cost insights.
Build cross-functional relationships and provide strategic finance partnership to leadership across the organization.
