• 2+ years designing visual systems for complex digital products, ideally high-density or data-heavy (trading/finance, analytics, dev tools, etc.). • Portfolio demonstrating strong visual craft (type, color, layout), system thinking (tokens/components), and clear data presentation. • Fluency in Figma (components/variants, auto-layout) and handoff practices; attention to detail across states and edge cases. • Comfort collaborating with engineers; ability to balance visual quality with performance and feasibility. • High ownership and bias to ship; you sweat the details and move quickly. • Preferred • Familiarity with crypto/Web3 design patterns and user behaviors • Exposure to Solana or similar blockchain ecosystems
