Requirements
• You have excellent people and communication skills • You have experience maintaining computer systems, either within an organization or with friends and family • You have experience with computer peripherals and software configuration • You enjoy working with people to help solve their problems • You are a creative, logical problem solver • You have familiarity with Jamf, Okta, Notion, Azure, Slack/Teams, Google Workspace, Salesforce, Google Meet, Cyberhaven, Harmony SASE, and/or Zoom • You are experienced with remote management of an enterprise workforce (completely remote) and familiar with MacOS and Apple technologies • You are comfortable nudging customer support agents and managing tickets in external vendor support platforms • You have experience with password managers and general laptop security principles
Responsibilities
• Troubleshoot IT issues, including networking and VPN issues • Monitor IT systems and react to problems • Enhance IT systems to support our expanding employee base • Help tune AI systems to answer user questions
