Requirements
• 2-3 years of experience in operations, customer success operations, revenue operations, business operations, consulting, or related functions • Experience working cross-functionally across operational, commercial, and technical teams • Strong coordination instincts — you know how to keep multiple work streams moving simultaneously and surface the right issues to the right people • Clear written communicator; comfortable drafting escalation summaries, status updates, and stakeholder-facing notes • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with seasonal urgency • 🤝 Collaborate to Innovate: We believe the best solutions arise from intelligent teamwork. Responsibilities
• CONTRACTING & LEGAL OPERATIONS • Upload legal contracts into Ironclad, manage version control, and ensure accuracy of data • Facilitate contract execution, monitor signature status, and provide visibility into contracting pipeline health. • Conduct audits of executed agreements to validate deal terms, metadata mapping, and compliance with internal contracting standards. • Run pricing of deals through Pearlsights, our internal tool for underwriting, and propose the best option for specific clients • PROVIDER ROSTER SUBMISSION & DEAL OPERATIONS • Contribute to final provider roster submission processes, including roster uploads, metadata validation, TIN/track allocation and pricing coordination, quality control, final allocation management in RMS (Pearl's internal roster management system), and client roster attestations. • Ensure final deal terms are accurately reflected in contracts and related reporting systems. • Track submission milestones, surface risks, and ensure all provider roster and contracting requirements are completed on time.
Benefits
• The expected offer for this role includes the following components: • Duration: This is a contract role up to 40 hours per week ending in October. • Hourly Range: $50 per hour • Final compensation for this role will be determined by a variety of factors, including a candidate's relevant skills, experience, labor market conditions, and location. • AGENCY SUBMISSIONS • We are not currently working with contingency search firms.
