You’ll be expected to leverage these tools to solve "impossible" problems and keep our quality bar high. • Drive the team forward: You’ll provide technical leadership, ensuring we’re making smart decisions and addressing tech debt before it becomes a roadblock. • What skill are we searching for? • Real-world experience: You’ve spent at least 5 to 7 years building software that survives high-traffic, production environments. • Backend mastery: You are highly proficient in Golang and ideally also PHP. • AI fluency: You have already integrated AI into your workflow and know how to use it to write better code and debug complex systems. • Solid fundamentals: You have a deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns that allow you to build for scale. • Strong communication: You have a solid command of English (min.
