Requirements
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role, with significant leadership experience. • Strong expertise in front-end technologies such as TypeScript and React, as well as back-end technologies like Golang. • Functional knowledge of AWS with a focus on application development. • Experience with integrations in areas such as payments, e-commerce, fraud detection, or analytics. • Familiarity with both relational and non-relational databases. • Strong teamwork and effective communication skills. • Creative and efficient problem-solving abilities. • Knowledge of Agile development practices and methodologies. • Preferred bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • If you are a talented Full Stack Tech Lead looking to take on a leadership role and drive innovative projects, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities
• Technical Leadership: • Lead the full stack development team in delivering high-value solutions using Agile methodologies. • Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. • Application Development: • Design and develop high-quality web and mobile applications, ensuring optimal performance and user experience. • Collaborate with designers and other developers to create engaging and effective user interfaces. • Feature Implementation: • Drive the design, development, and implementation of new features and enhancements to existing applications. • Integration Management: • Oversee the integration of various services and APIs, ensuring smooth connectivity and functionality across platforms. • Maintenance and Optimization: • Maintain and enhance existing applications, troubleshooting issues and optimizing performance as needed. • Project Planning and Execution: • Collaborate in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery while upholding code quality standards. • Research and Innovation: • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and tools, evaluating and integrating them into the development process to improve products and workflows.
