Requirements

• — Basic experience with outbound automation tools or strong willingness to learn • — Understanding of outbound fundamentals (segmentation, messaging, funnels) or readiness to learn quickly • — Enjoys structured, operational work and building clear processes • — Comfortable working under supervision with regular reporting • — Proactive mindset and willingness to experiment • — English proficiency at least B1

Responsibilities

• — Launch and manage outbound campaigns (email + LinkedIn) • — Operate and maintain automation tools (HubSpot, Reply.io http://Reply.io, and related tools) • — Build and update contact lists based on ICP and segmentation criteria • — Continuously test messaging hypotheses (A/B testing across audiences and triggers) • — Monitor campaign performance (open rate, reply rate, booked calls, conversion stages) • — Analyze funnel metrics and optimize campaigns based on data • — Add and manage accounts within automation systems • — Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure correct lead status tracking • — Support follow-ups and light nurture communication before demo stage • — Collaborate with Founder to implement new growth hypotheses
