Requirements
• BS in Computer Science/Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field • OR AS in Computer Science/Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field and 2 years in a technician or technically focused, customer facing role • OR 4+ years in a technician or technically focused, customer facing role • Excellent documentation, communication, and collaboration skills • Thorough understanding of Excel/Google Sheets • Ability to travel ~60% of time including some weekends (valid driver's license) • COVID-19 vaccination or valid medical exemption • Understanding of Euler angles and vectors in #-D space • Hands-on building/fabricating experience [cart hardware, drone hardware, machine usage (laser cutter, drills, etc.)] • 1+ years with enterprise-grade ticketing systems (eg Jira, Asana, Notion) • Small team experience • Drone flying experience • Forklift certified • Experience teaching • Experience managing a team • Warehouse or Inventory Control Familiarity
Responsibilities
• Lead visits to client sites to automate inventory management through drones. • Prepare for deployments and provide continued customer support. • Manage tickets and troubleshoot issues. • Coordinate with the Development team for smooth drone deployments. • Handle warehouse mapping, drone calibration and testing, documentation, and client training.
