Requirements
• We’re looking for exceptional builders – people who care about impact, not just output. • End-to-end experience: Senior level experience shipping B2B SaaS products, across both 0→1 and 1→10 environments • Outcome focus: You tie your work to measurable user and business impact • Systems thinking: You think in systems, not screens • Prototyping mindset: You use prototypes to explore, test, and communicate ideas quickly. You spec and build prototypes with LLMs and code, not just Figma. • User empathy and curiosity: You understand operational users working in fast-paced, real-world environments. Responsibilities
• You’ll work in tight loops with product managers, engineers, and customers to build and ship high-impact features. • Own problems from early discovery through to launch and iteration • Shape product direction alongside PMs and engineers, not just execution • Design solutions that improve real business outcomes – profitability, efficiency, team performance • Ship quickly and iterate based on real-world usage and feedback • Turn complex operational workflows into simple, intuitive experiences • Build a deep understanding of restaurant environments and design for how people actually work • Prototype ideas quickly – in Figma, code, or whatever helps move fastest • Contribute to and evolve Bento, our design system, improving speed and consistency • Partner with GTM teams to improve how we present Nory to customers
