Requirements
• Experience providing administrative support in a business environments • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and deliver to deadlines • High attention to detail and accuracy in managing data and communications • Confident communicator with excellent level of written and verbal English, able to clearly explain processes and information • Ability to work independently on core tasks, whilst proactively seeking input when needed • Experience with inbox management and/or customer service • Preferable experience supporting multi-country benefits programmes • Familiarity with Workday or similar HR systems is desirable • What a career at Baringa will give you • Putting People First. • Baringa is a People First company and wellbeing is at the forefront of our culture. Responsibilities
• Own and deliver day-to-day benefits administration across global programmes (e.g. medical, risk, pensions, wellbeing platforms) • Manage and respond to queries via the Benefits inbox, using templates and judgement to ensure accurate and consistent responses • Maintain employee data within benefits platforms and systems (e.g. Workday and provider portals) • Confidently undertake all core benefits processes, demonstrating strong attention to detail and ownership • Support the maintenance of documentation (e.g. task lists, SOPs, benefit booklets, intranet pages, inbox templates) to ensure consistency and scalability • Identify potential risks or issues and escalate appropriately in a timely manner and Support audit requirements through accurate record keeping and documentation • Ad hoc support of global and local benefits projects (e.g. new provider implementation, policy updates, wellbeing initiatives) • Collaborate effectively across the Benefits team to ensure a consistent global approach
