Requirements
• You have proven experience managing and leading engineering teams (people management, hiring, performance management, career development). • You possess a solid software engineering background with hands-on experience in React and React Native ecosystems, as well as modern frontend/mobile architecture. • You have a track record of leading technical projects from conception to deployment, balancing engineering quality with time-to-market. • You understand distributed system architecture, including modern mobile architectures, Micro Frontends, BFF (Node.js), RESTful APIs, and GraphQL. • You demonstrate strong organizational and project management capabilities (roadmap execution, sprint planning, risk mitigation, resource allocation). • You possess strong communication skills, capable of bridging technical details with non-technical stakeholders in both Portuguese and English. • You foster an inclusive, collaborative culture and enjoy mentoring developers to help them reach their full potential. • We recognize that individuals approach job applications differently.
