Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Clothing Technology, Apparel Engineering, or Fashion Merchandising. • 2 to 6+ years of experience working inside a structured, apparel operation—specifically within buying, merchandise planning, or brand management roles • Fluent in English • 2+ years of experience with data entry in English • Extreme attention to detail • Strong with Data: comfort running calculations, analyzing data, and tracking numbers under tight deadlines. • Proficiency with G Suite (Google Sheets, Docs, Slides) • Flexible and able to wear many hats • Familiarity with Slack and Airtable • Previous experience working in e-commerce tech startup • You thrive in fast-moving environments where we move quickly • You are energetic and ready to be on-the-go • Eager to learn and excited to help build a company from the ground up • Schedule and Location: • 100% Remote (Based in the Philippines) • This will be a Full-Time, 40 hours/week role (may include some weekend and evening hours) • Aligned with US business hours (Night shift PHT). • PHP 48,000-70,000 per month depending on experience

Responsibilities

• Product Catalog Maintenance: Collaborate with the Merchandise Team to update and maintain the product catalog, ensuring product descriptions, images, and other relevant information are current and accurate. • Item Set Up: Accurately enter product information and pricing into our database system. Ensure all data is up-to-date and error-free. • Data Entry: Accurately enter product information into our database system. Ensure all data is up-to-date and error-free. • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks on product data to ensure accuracy and consistency. Identify and address any discrepancies or issues promptly. • Communication: Maintain open and clear communication with the merchandise team in San Francisco. Provide regular updates on tasks, projects, and any challenges encountered. • Ad Hoc Support: Provide support to the merchandise team as needed, including assisting with special projects, conducting research, and performing other administrative tasks.
