• 5+ years in Product, Strategy, or Analytics - at least 2 in a product management role • 3+ years in fintech, financial services, or a strong grasp of lending and credit • You’re a highly curious, systems thinker who connects dots and thinks through end-to-end impact • You've built with AI - agents, workflows, code generation, analysis. Show us what. • Track record of shipping products that moved real business metrics • Comfortable with data and SQL - you know what questions to ask, and you answer them yourself • Bonus: high-growth startup or scale-up experience • Don’t worry if you don’t quite meet all of these criteria, we’d love to have a chat with any great candidates! • You break complex problems into shippable pieces • You decide under ambiguity and own the outcome • You communicate crisply - to the MD, to engineers, in a spec • You build cross-functional relationships and pull the right people together • You move fast, default to action, and course-correct when needed • 3. Take-home exercise (remote) - a practical product challenge in your own time, followed by a video debrief (~Week 2-3) • 4.
