Requirements
• Process & Logical Mindset: Strong logical reasoning, workflow mapping skills, and a keen interest in leveraging low-code platforms (e.g., N8N, Zapier, Make) and GenAI to enhance operations. • Process & Logical Mindset: • Agile Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and a desire to operate within a structured, agile product/operations team framework. • Agile Adaptability: • Communication & Empathy: Outstanding listening skills with the ability to build rapport with internal users, translate their pain points into technical solutions, and support them through operational changes. • Communication & Empathy: O • Academic Background: Currently pursuing an Undergraduate or Graduate degree in Information Systems, Business/Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, or a tech-adjacent business program, though we welcome applicants from all fields of study who possess a strong analytical mindset • Academic Background: • The annual gross base salary range for this position is $60,000 (prorated over 12 weeks) • Actual compensation for this position may vary and will depend on multiple factors such as relevant qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location. For Full-Time Regular Employees, this position is also eligible for additional compensation as follows: • Sales Roles: This position is eligible for a commission structure in addition to base salary. • Non-Sales Roles: This position is eligible for an annual bonus which is paid dependent on various factors, including and without limitation, individual and company performance in addition to base salary.
