Responsibilities
• Working closely with business stakeholders at all levels across the business, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality analysis, as well as stepping in provide light-touch Project Management where required • You could be asked to assess a new product opportunity in one area, find the root cause of an issue impacting multiple business areas, or dive into multiple sources of data to answer some urgent questions • You will be developing a broad understanding of Rightmove’s business model, organisational structure, and technical architecture, leveraging knowledge from other team members • You will work with representatives from all areas of the business, including Sales teams, Finance teams, People teams, Operational teams, and teams throughout Product Development, building rapport and deepening your understanding with every interaction • You will produce deliverables to suit multiple audiences – from detailed analysis to compelling and engaging presentations, to focused Executive summaries, project plans and RAID Logs • You will move comfortably from high-level strategic activity to detailed technical analysis to delivery planning, sometimes in a single day • You will also be helping to develop and shape the Business Analysis practice, driving high standards, and coaching and mentoring less experienced team members
