Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical PM / Project Manager in a tech company • Prior software engineering experience - strongly preferred • Experience managing engineering + QA teams • Experience working with remote, multi-timezone teams • JIRA / Asana / similar tools • Figma / Notion / Slack • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive delivery • Experience with Ruby on Rails and React / React Native • Experience with booking / reservation platforms (appointment, rental, etc.) • Ukrainian — native • English — Upper-Intermediate (B2+) • Working Conditions • Full-time (B2B) • Working hours: overlap with US (Los Angeles)→ evening availability required (client calls / meetings up to 21:00–22:00 Kyiv time) • Strong communicator who can work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Able to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment • Structured, detail-oriented, and delivery-focused • Comfortable owning the product end-to-end • Interested in technology and product development

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product roadmap and backlog • Collaborate with engineers on estimations and delivery planning • Create and maintain PRDs, documentation, and acceptance criteria • Drive the product through all stages: planning → development → release → support • Work closely with design to define and refine product requirements • Ensure alignment between business goals and technical execution • Lead daily standups and track delivery progress • Review and accept/reject delivered work • Communicate progress and results to stakeholders • Monitor product performance and suggest improvements
