Responsibilities
• Strategic community building: Take full ownership of scaling a high-quality ecosystem by engaging top-tier freelancers ; you will attract and nurture these key profiles through events, content, portfolio management and 1:1 interactions from calls to business lunches to transform them into a powerful network of brand advocates. • Business & Global Orchestrator: Act as the vital bridge between global vision and local execution; you will work hand-in-hand with global teams to adapt global programs (AI, Ambassadors, referral program) into high-impact local action plans. • Ecosystem Partnerships & Performance: Scale Malt’s visibility by forging strategic alliances with local actors (e.g.: meet-up, health insurance company,) while rigorously monitoring and reporting on community metrics to drive continuous, data-backed improvement.
