Requirements

Responsibilities
• Design and develop core functionality for the LiveKit Agents framework • Help define the text modality of the framework, enabling agents to interact with users across channels such as SMS • Design abstractions for stateful and durable agentic workflows, allowing agents to maintain state and coordinate work across interactions that may span minutes, hours, or longer • Shape agent-to-agent communication and delegation patterns, enabling voice agents to hand off tasks, collaborate, and compose into more sophisticated systems • Build simple, powerful developer APIs over complex distributed and real-time systems • Iterate quickly based on feedback from our developer community • Write clear documentation, examples, and reference implementations • Work primarily with Python and TypeScript
