Requirements
• 3+ years lifecycle/EDM experience in eCommerce • Proven Klaviyo expertise; Omnisend or similar a plus • Comfortable in GA4, Triple Whale, and building dashboards • HTML/CSS for template editing; SQL/JS a bonus • Agency or startup background preferred • Portfolio with actual results, not just screenshots
Responsibilities
• Architect end-to-end flows (welcome, abandon, win-back, post-purchase) across multiple brands • Define segmentation, personalisation logic, and campaign calendars • Own lifecycle KPIs — open rate, CTR, revenue per recipient, CAC:CLTV • Brief and QA email/SMS assets with the creative team • Maintain ESP hygiene across Klaviyo and Omnisend • Test AI tools for segmentation, send-time optimisation, and content generation
