Requirements
• 8+ years’ experience with a mastery of the full 0-1 product development process—from product planning and discovery to concepts, build-ready designs, prototypes. • Extensive experience in FinTech domains and a product focus in spend management, card issuing, bill payment, insights and more. • Strong UX foundation and experience building net-new products. • Strong craft in visual, interaction, and UX design with a focus on simplicity, utility, and delight. • Proven experience managing stakeholders in partnership with PMs, engineers, data, and executives. • Proficiency in modern design tools like Figma, design systems, and emerging AI tech such as Pencil / Cursor. • Clear communication and storytelling skills—you can explain not just what you designed, but why. • Strategic influence and proven experience in shaping Design strategy. • Must include your portfolio (w/ password if applicable). • portfolio • password if applicable • Outpace the ordinary at Engine. • Applications for this role will be accepted through May 15th or until the role is filled. In addition to a competitive base salary, total compensation may include equity and/or variable pay (OTE).
