Requirements
• Partner closely with cross-functional team members to land successful • Track recruiting metrics and performance to continuously improve Zip's recruiting processes • 3+ years experience of engineering sourcing experience • Proven success sourcing for Product and Design roles • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to represent Zip’s story and value prop to top talent. • Highly proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented, thriving in ambiguity and a fast-moving startup environment. • Detail-oriented and organized, comfortable managing multiple requisitions and competing priorities simultaneously. • Strong experience working with ATS platforms; Ashby experience preferred. • Experience scaling recruiting in a high-growth startup. • Background in B2B SaaS and/or Fintech recruiting. • Previous experience managing both volume hiring and niche, senior-level searches. • The salary range for this role is $125,000 - $190,000. The salary for this position is determined based on a variety of job-related factors that may include location, relevant experience, education, or particular skills and expertise.
Responsibilities
• Effectively identify and attract Product & Design candidates • Source a large pipeline of high quality candidates across evergreen or high priority roles • Engage exceptional technical candidates, engage and vet them, and manage interviewing and hiring processes, keeping candidate experience top of mind
