Requirements
• Proven track record of rigorous systems-level ML research with publications at top-tier venues like NeurIPS, ICML, ACL, or EMNLP. • Experience at a frontier AI lab such as DeepMind, OpenAI, or Anthropic, or a leading academic research group at institutions like Cambridge, Stanford, or UCL. • Strong engineering fundamentals with the ability to bridge the gap between theoretical research and building scalable, production-ready scientific discovery tools. • Who are Jack & Jill? • Ok, I'll go first. Responsibilities
• Architect production-grade retrieval-augmented generation and reasoning systems that handle heterogeneous data types across clinical and mechanistic domains. • Design and implement sophisticated knowledge representation systems and ontology mapping to treat scientific evidence as a first-class object. • Lead the technical strategy and evidence extraction pipelines, ensuring high accuracy against gold-standard published evidence for major pharmaceutical use cases.
