Requirements
• At least 7+ years of experience in product management. • Strong track record in ML/AI or data-intensive products. • Technical background with the ability to read code and have informed architectural discussions with engineers. • Deep understanding of machine learning concepts, data pipelines, and end-to-end ML lifecycle (training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring). • Experience with enterprise software and how large organizations evaluate and adopt AI/ML solutions. • Experience at high-growth startups or building 0-to-1 products. • Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical capabilities into product strategy and clear requirements. • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to navigate competing priorities across Research, Engineering, and customer-facing teams. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to context-switch between technical deep-dives and executive communications.
Responsibilities
• Own the product vision and roadmap for platform capabilities, including new interaction paradigms, data source integrations, and enterprise use cases. • Partner with Research and Engineering to translate model capabilities into product features, define requirements, and ship iteratively. • Collaborate with Forward Deployment Engineers to understand customer needs firsthand and feed insights back into product strategy. • Engage directly with customers to validate problems, gather feedback, and build conviction around what to build next. • Define success metrics and use data to inform product decisions. • Navigate the unique challenges of productizing ML/AI capabilities for enterprise environments.
