Requirements
• A recent graduate with a degree in Finance, Business, or a related field • 2+ years of working experience in related field is an advantage • A strong interest in Bitcoin and / or crypto • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • A willingness to learn and a proactive attitude • Fluency in English is required • Chinese, Japanese or Korean proficiency is an advantage • A dedicated workspace. • A reliable internet connection with the fastest speed possible in your area. • Alignment with Our Values and the Xapo Values-Driven Leadership principles.
Responsibilities
• Learn to onboard, service and sell products to UHNW & Family Office clients in a high paced environment. • Develop an understanding of customer needs and learn to formulate appropriate solutions based on their circumstances and risk appetite. • Act as the principle point of contact for a book of clients, after an initial training period. Learn how to develop your client book and prioritise your client opportunities to deliver revenue growth to the firm across multiple product lines. • Attend regional events to promote the Xapo brand and learn how to generate new leads. • Support senior team members in managing customer relationships and achieving team targets.
