3Pillar - React Native Technical Lead

• Experience/expertise in the following areas specified below: • Lead and architect React Native applications for iOS and Android in a production environment • Develop and maintain native modules for iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and Android (Kotlin/Java) as needed • Manage state with Redux or equivalent libraries and ensure scalable architecture patterns • Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and define engineering standards • Deliver in agile/scrum environments with a focus on quality and client collaboration • Languages: JavaScript / TypeScript • Frameworks: React Native (5+ years), iOS & Android native module experience • State Management: Redux, Redux Toolkit, or MobX • Tools: Jira, GitHub/Bitbucket, Slack • Experience with Expo, Expo EAS, and CI/CD pipelines for mobile (Fastlane, Bitrise, GitHub Actions) • Healthcare or regulated-industry software development experience • 5+ years professional mobile development experience, 3+ years in a lead or senior role. • Proven track record leading engineering teams or projects from architecture to production. • Strong communication skills and English proficiency. • Familiarity with accessibility standards for mobile applications (WCAG). • Experience with GraphQL or REST API integration in mobile apps. • Background in performance profiling and offline-first mobile strategies. • Experience working in clinical trials, healthcare IT, or FDA-regulated software environments. • What is it like working for 3Pillar Global? • At 3Pillar, we offer a world of opportunity: • Imagine a flexible work environment – whether it’s the office, your home, or a blend of both.
