Requirements
• 3-5 years of experience in a financial or systems role (FP&A, financial systems implementation, or business systems analysis) • Experience with Pigment is highly valued • Strong technical aptitude and experience implementing or working with other financial planning platforms (Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, or similar tools valued) • Excellent modeling skills and advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, with the ability to translate complex business logic into systematic processes • A builder mentality - you love designing solutions from scratch and optimizing systems for scale • Demonstrated ability to learn new technical platforms quickly and become the go-to expert • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail • A passion for understanding the "how and why" of business processes and translating them into scalable models • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Ability to thrive in a fast-growing, dynamic environment where priorities can shift quickly • Collaborative approach and eagerness to work cross-functionally with business units and finance teams • Intellectual curiosity about financial planning, business strategy, and how technology can transform FP&A
