Requirements
• ● 5+ years of experience in a technical product management role, specifically within the P&C insurance domain. • ● Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in launching complex, long-term projects and managing continuous iterative improvements. • ● Communication Excellence: Ability to distill complex technical and insurance concepts for diverse audiences. • ● Domain Expertise: Mastery of industry-specific terminology and concepts, including COIs, NKLLs, and Subrogation. • ● Technical Proficiency: Experience partnering closely with engineering teams on technical architecture, including the ability to review and debug JSON. • ● Agile Leadership: Deep expertise in Agile methodologies and modern software development lifecycles. • ● Cross-Functional Influence: Proven ability to drive alignment and influence senior leadership without formal authority.
Responsibilities
