ShopMy - Senior or Lead Product Designer
Requirements
• 7+ years of product design experience, ideally in a startup or fast-moving product environment. • A portfolio demonstrating exceptional design, visual craft, and product thinking. • Experience designing across web, mobile, and responsive platforms. • A builder mindset—you enjoy solving problems beyond the interface and aren't afraid to jump into unfamiliar territory. • Strong product intuition with the ability to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints. • Comfort with rapid iteration — and comfortable working through ambiguity and knowing when to explore versus when to ship. • rapid iteration • Experience creating prototypes to communicate ideas and validate solutions. • Curiosity about AI-powered design and development workflows. Experience with tools like Claude Code, Cursor, Lovable, or similar is a plus—but not required. Responsibilities

Benefits
• $150,000—$200,000 USD • The provided salary range is base salary, exclusive of bonus potential or commission, and is a good faith estimate of cash compensation.
