Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. • 2-5+ years experience in successfully driving Account Management in the Aerospace and/or freight-forwarding space. • Preferred understanding of the Aerospace industry or time critical logistics/freight forwarding. • Demonstrated ability to leverage technology to solve customer challenges and drive process improvements • Strong communicator and high achieving attitude. • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Superior and proven communications, both in writing and verbally. • A collaborative approach at the executive and team level. • Empathy, humility and great listening skills. • A demonstrated track record of taking ownership of complex initiatives and producing successful outcomes. • The desire and ability to roll up your sleeves and get into the trenches on a regular, ongoing basis. • Driven team player looking to exceed personal and team goals, innovate systems and process, and uphold a first class company culture. • Compensation: $80k - $90k base annual salary.
