Requirements
• Academic Rigour: A degree in something numbers-heavy (Maths, Stats, Data Science, or Engineering). • Academic Rigour: • The Toolbox: 2-4 years of experience in a fast-moving business (bonus points for scale ups or marketplaces). You speak fluent SQL. Bonus points if you have Python, R, or Snowflake. • The Toolbox: • AI-Native: Passion for and examples of using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to automate or streamline repetitive tasks. • AI-Native: • The Curiosity: You’re the person who watches YouTube tutorials on new tools just for fun. Self-learning isn't a chore for you, it's a hobby. • The Curiosity: • You Deliver: You have a track record of translating "complex data-speak" into "human" for stakeholders. You’re known for getting stuff done and have a "bias for action’, meaning you’d rather build a solution rather than just sit in meetings talking about one. • You Deliver: • The Location: You thrive on in-person collaboration at our Herzegov Boulevard office at least 3 days a week. (The coffee is worth the commute, trust us). • The Location: • Herzegov Boulevard • Fully eligible to work in South Africa with valid work permits if required.
