Requirements
• 2+ years of experience as a Creative Producer / Creative Strategist / UA Creative Specialist • Strong experience in performance marketing and web-based products • Hands-on experience with Meta, TikTok, and/or Google Ads creatives • Proven track record of creating creatives that meet or exceed performance benchmarks • Strong understanding of direct response marketing and conversion-driven creatives • Experience working with UGC formats, storytelling, and funnels • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable creative ideas • High level of autonomy and ownership • Strong communication and presentation skills • Upper-intermediate or higher English level • If this role sounds like a fit — we’d love to hear from you!
