Requirements
• 7+ years of technical project management experience • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and agile methodologies • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Strong communication skills and comfort presenting to senior stakeholders • Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Monday.com http://Monday.com) • PMP or Agile certification is a plus • Fintech or regulated industry experience preferred
Responsibilities
• Plan and manage complex technical and business projects from initiation to delivery • Recent experience of leading Agile Software Engineering initiatives using Scrum, Kanban or other methodology • Create project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies • Coordinate across Engineering, Product, Design, Operations, and business teams • Track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies • Facilitate project meetings, stakeholder updates, agile ceremonies including standups, sprint planning, and agile retrospectives • Manage dependencies and ensure teams have what they need to succeed • Report on project status, metrics, and outcomes to leadership • Drive process improvements and operational excellence
