Requirements
• 2+ years of recruiting operations or coordination experience at a scaling company • Hands-on experience as an ATS administrator or power user • Clear, professional written and verbal communication • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities without sacrificing attention to detail • Bonus / Nice-to-Have: • We are strongly committed to building a diverse team. If you’re from a background that’s underrepresented in tech, we’d love to meet you.
Responsibilities
• Our people philosophy has been critical to our success to date. A core strategic pillar of ours is to hire carefully and build the best possible team. We eschew massive hiring classes and breakneck scaling in favor of a measured people approach. We hold a high bar for candidates we choose to offer and we seek to be the obvious best choice for the right candidates - people who care deeply about the impact of their work and are inspired by transforming the lives of Americans in crisis. • The mission for this role is to support this strategic pillar by ensuring our candidates have the best possible experience and recruiters possess the tools and processes they require to deliver that experience. This is a role that combines recruiting coordination and recruiting operations. You’ll own recruiting operations for all roles and searches at Atticus and will report directly to the Head of Talent. • Build and maintain recruiting reporting and dashboards, tracking key metrics like time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, and interviewer load to surface insights for the recruiting team and hiring managers • Serve as the day-to-day administrator of our ATS (Ashby), maintaining data integrity, building and refining workflows, and ensuring the team is getting the most out of the tooling • Co-own end-to-end interview coordination with recruiters, including scheduling, candidate communications, and interviewer prep, ensuring a consistently smooth and responsive candidate experience • Identify and drive process improvements across the recruiting lifecycle • Support offer administration and pre-boarding handoffs, coordinating closely with People Ops to ensure a seamless transition from candidate to new hire • Own relationships with external vendors and platforms, managing renewals, evaluating new tools, and ensuring the team is getting ROI on its recruiting tech stack • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to keep roles current and well-organized in the ATS, flagging process gaps and proactively problem-solving before small issues become bottlenecks
Benefits
• This is a rare opportunity to join a startup that has strong traction (substantial funding, well-respected backers, tremendous growth, and many happy customers) but is still small enough that you can have a huge impact and play a role in shaping our culture. • We’re a certified B Corporation tackling a critical social problem. Our mission to help people in need drives everything we do, and your work here will touch many lives. • We offer competitive pay — including equity — and generous benefits: • Medical and dental insurance with 100% of employees and their families premiums covered • 15 vacation days & ~20 paid holidays each year (including two weeks at the end-of-year) • Free membership to OneMedical • $600/year internet stipend • $1,000 reimbursable stipend for education and training outside of work • Up to $1,200/year student loan repayment assistance • 401(k) and optional HSA/FSA • Humble, thoughtful, smart, fun colleagues • We anticipate the base salary band for this role will be between $85,000 and $110,000, in addition to equity and benefits. The salary at offer will be determined by a number of factors such as candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team. • This job is fully remote and we’re committed to empowering everyone with flexibility. Work remotely, and travel to LA (on the company dime) as needed to be with your colleagues – usually quarterly, plus offsites. We care a lot about building a great culture and we think some interactions need to happen in person, so we put a lot of thought into retreats, offsites, and other ways to gather.
