Crypto.com - Senior Product Designer (Predictions)

• Design and develop user interfaces for predictive analytics tools within the Crypto.com platform to enhance customer experience in making investment predictions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, data scientists, UX/UI designers, content strategists, copywriters and marketers throughout all stages of a project lifecycle from ideation through prototyping to final implementation for predictive analytics tools. • Conduct user research via interviews or surveys with targeted users (investors) in order to understand their needs better when designing the interface, as well as conduct usability testing and iterative improvements based on feedback received from these tests. ✅ This is a key responsibility of this role that directly impacts customer satisfaction by ensuring our products meet user expectations for ease-of-use and functionality in making investment predictions within Crypto.com platform. • Develop wireframes, prototypes, mockups or other visual representations to communicate design ideas effectively with team members during the ideation phase of a project lifecycle as well as present these designs to stakeholders for feedback prior to final implementation on our website and mobile applications in order to ensure alignment between user needs identified through research and product features being developed. • Participate actively within agile sprints by contributing design ideas, providing input during team discussions about potential solutions or approaches towards addressing specific challenges encountered when developing predictive analytics tools for investment predictions on Crypto.com platform as well as taking ownership of deliverables assigned to them in order ensure timely completion and high quality output that meets user needs identified through research conducted earlier within this role's responsibilities ✅ This is a critical aspect of the Senior Product Designer (Predictions) job at Crypto.com, ensuring effective collaboration with cross-functional teams throughout all stages of project lifecycle from ideation to final implementation for predictive analytics tools on our platform that enhance customer experience in making investment predictions within Crypto.com's ecosystem ✅ • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, best practices and emerging technologies related specifically towards user interface (UI) development as well as predictive analytics tools for financial applications to ensure our products remain competitive in delivering an exceptional customer experience within Crypto.com's ecosystem ✅ This is a key responsibility of this role that directly impacts the quality and effectiveness of design solutions developed by Senior Product Designer (Predictions) at Crypto.com for predictive analytics tools on our platform, ensuring they meet user needs identified through research conducted earlier within this role's responsibilities ✅ • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts aimed towards enhancing the overall design quality of products developed by cross-
