Requirements

Responsibilities
• Manage financial operations within GTM Finance Department in New York City to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency. • Develop and implement strategies for improving the overall performance of the finance team, including identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions that align with business objectives. • Collaborate closely with other departments to understand their financial needs and develop tailored solutions while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the finance department, such as budget adherence, revenue growth, cost reduction targets, etc., and report on progress regularly. • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries from internal stakeholders regarding financial matters while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information. • Participate actively in team meetings and brainstorm sessions related to finance operations, providing valuable insights and suggestions for improvement based on data analysis and industry best practices. • Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times by adhering to company policies regarding confidentiality, integrity, and ethical behavior while working with sensitive financial information.
