The Quality Group - Global Process Owner (gn) - Manufacturing

• Deep expertise and extensive operational experience in production/manufacturing operations and quality management within a regulated FMCG, food, dietary supplements, or pharmaceutical environment. • Hands-on experience with MES (SmartR or comparable) and LIMS, alongside a solid working understanding of SAP PP / QM integration. • Strong command of QA/QC, batch management, GMP/HACCP, food safety regulations, and non-conformance/deviation management. • End-to-end process mindset that connects capacity planning, shop-floor execution, quality release gates, and logistics hand-offs. • Shop-floor credibility and seniority paired with a hands-on attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to drive change in an operational environment. • Experience with SAP S/4HANA (Public Cloud) PP/QM transformations, multi-site standardization, or formal QM certifications/auditing background is a major plus. • Fluent in English and German. • Being part of our team means joining a high-performing company with a diverse and inclusive culture.
