Schonfeld - Network Engineer

• At minimum, 3 years of experience in a network engineering role focusing on enterprise network design and administration • Experience with routing and switching in a Cisco/Arista environment • Experience with Next Gen Firewalls - Palo Alto, Fortinet • Experience with WiFi technologies - Meraki • Detailed knowledge of BGP, and OSPF network routing protocols • Experience with Multicast routing concepts including the use of PIM, and IGMP • Experience with common network management protocols such as SNMP, TACACS, Netflow, Sflow • Experience supporting Linux infrastructure • We’d love if you had: • Automation Mindset • Network overlay concepts - VXLAN and eVPN • Experience with cloud - AWS and Azure • Experience with network disaster recovery • Financial Services experience a plus • Our Culture • The firm’s ethos is embedded in our people. ‘Talent is our strategy’ is our mantra and drives how we approach all initiatives at the firm.
