Automations Engineer

• We’re looking for exceptional engineers who are passionate about building technical systems that scale. You might be a technical start-up cofounder or a fullstack engineer who is dying to build more with AI. If this article sounds fun to you, you’re probably a good fit. • Strong full-stack engineering skills: you’re comfortable moving across frontend, backend, and infrastructure as needed. Minimum requirements: Python, SQL. • Builder mindset: you move fast, work independently, and don't wait for perfect specs—you uncover them through action. You have a talent for spotting patterns, identifying opportunities to automate or standardize, and translating them into scalable solutions. • Deep product intuition: you think in terms of systems and workflows, and care about the business impact of what you build. You enjoy designing & building tools that empower internal teams to move faster and operate more independently. • Passionate about AI: you’re eager to explore how AI can transform B2B sales, marketing, operation, and finance. You have experience working with data, AI agents, LLMs, prompting, and common integration patterns across tools and systems. • This role is remote and can be executed globally. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in Bangalore, Dublin, London, New York, San Francisco, Tokyo, and Warsaw. Specific teams may have specific location preferences.
