As our Senior Software Engineer, you will be working closely with the CTO, making critical decisions on product, customers, and our technical vision. You will be expected to build and ship industry-defining features at startup speed. We are a team of ex-Big Tech engineers and senior leaders who have validated our product vision at the highest level of the legal industry. We’re looking for a partner to help us build it. • 5+ years of experience shipping serious products end-to-end. • Are experienced with both front-end (React/NextJS or similar) and back-end (NestJS or similar) development. • Are comfortable working with LLMs, RAG pipelines, and integrating AI agents into real-world applications. • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and excited to shape processes and structures. • Are passionate about building solutions that delight users and solve real problems. • Are able to work cross-functionally and explain technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders. • You have worked at a high-growth SaaS company before. • You have prior experience in an early-stage startup. • Familiarity or interest in the legal tech space.
