Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain software applications to support business operations in Mumbai. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects related to technology development within the company's scope of work. • Contribute code for new features as well as enhancements or bug fixes based on project requirements, prioritized by team leads and management. • Participate in regular stand-up meetings and other communication channels with peers and managers to stay informed about the status of projects and tasks at hand. • Conduct code reviews following company coding standards and best practices as part of quality assurance processes, providing constructive feedback on peer's work when necessary. • Document software development activities thoroughly for future reference or knowledge transfer within the team. • Stay updated with industry trends in technology to ensure that projects remain competitive and relevant; attend training sessions if required by company policy. • Maintain a proactive approach towards continuous learning, seeking out new technologies and methodologies applicable to current work processes when appropriate.
