Goods & Services - Senior Technical Writer

• 4+ years technical writing experience, preferably developing highly-technical user documentation for advanced engineering customers. • Experience developing API and SDK documentation for the iOS and Android platforms. • Hands on experience with Polarion. • BA/BS in Technical Communications, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. • Excellent written English skills. • Excellent verbal interpersonal skills. • Eagerness and aptitude to learn new technologies quickly. • Ability to contribute broadly to documentation structure and design. • Comfort with a changing, dynamic software development environment. • Able to handle high workload, multiple responsibilities, and tight deadlines. • Motivation to succeed while working independently. • Familiarity with content creation on Confluence or similar systems; experience with Arena. • Exposure / experience to AI tools to assist with documentation creation.
