Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders across the business to shape how we communicate key messages on strategy, people, and culture, advising on what to say, how to say it, and when. • Lead the strategy and rollout of internal communications for big business changes – creating compelling cascades that are consistent, human, and clear. • Write and edit communications for senior leaders, from talking points and FAQs to emails and presentations. You'll flex between global company-wide messages and local department-level updates. • Partner on executive messaging and content for company-wide forums and key moments, ensuring clarity and alignment across channels. • Build templates and repeatable tools that help others communicate well, especially for moments like product launches, people initiatives or change announcements. • Championing storytelling that brings our culture to life, identifying and sharing stories that spotlight our people, celebrate successes, and embody our Operating Principles. • Work cross-functionally with relevant teams such as Brand, PR, and Regional Communications roles to align on communication goals, channel strategy, and messaging, including reactive messaging and issue response. • Use data and insight to assess effectiveness, monitor engagement and improve how we communicate over time – from surveys to feedback loops. • Monitor and develop strategies to influence our employee engagement and culture.
