Requirements
• 2+ years of full stack SaaS development experience in B2B environments, for enterprise customers • Proficient skills in Frontend (JavaScript/React preferred), Backend (PHP/Laravel preferred), Databases (SQL preferred), and Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes preferred) • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and test-driven development (TDD). • Experience integrating third-party systems with a security-first mindset. • You should have a foundational understanding of how these tools work and a strong desire to explore how they can be used to solve business and customer problems. • We value continuous learning and our ideal candidate has a proven track record of innovating and pushing the boundaries of what's possible. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Strong customer and end-user empathy. • Critical thinker with results-oriented problem-solving skills. • Self-driven and motivated by curiosity and continuous learning. • This posting is for multiple vacant positions, both full-time permanent and full-time contract (12 months). Responsibilities
• Take ownership of system components to ensure stability and scalability. • Independently manage development environments for project work. • Contribute to incident resolution as part of the on-call rotation. • Plan, design, deliver technical solutions that are scalable within a modern solution stack (React, Laravel). • Write high-quality code with an emphasis on security and maintainability standards. • Deliver well-tested software ensuring application availability/reliability in AWS environment using Docker technology. • Engage actively in discussions providing technical insights to product and design teams for development decisions. • Clarify requirements, estimate work, assess feasibility during the planning phase of projects. • Adapt quickly to changing business needs and overcome technical challenges as they arise.
